Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a distortionless output and also reduce the power consumption, by outputting a current of a constant ratio from the output current which has improved its nonlinear distortion by use of mutually reverse conducting bipolar transistors, by means of a voltage source which has been provided separately. CONSTITUTION:A current Miller circuit 2 consisting of transistors (TR) Q1 and Q2 is provided on the circuit which is constituted of a current Miller circuit 1' consisting of a PNP TRQ1, an NPN TRQ2, and TRs Q3, Q4 for making electric currents I1, I2 of a constant ratio flow into said transistors, and negates the nonlinear distortion by the base-emitter voltage of the TRs Q1, Q2. This circuit 2 makes a current I1 flowing into the TRQ1 an input, and a current I4 having relation of a constant ratio to said current is supplied to the load resistor RL from the TRQ7. Also, a voltage source -B2 which is different from the operating voltage source +B1 of the circuit 1' is provided as an operating voltage source of the circuit 2. Therefore, the output VOUT has no relation to VBE of TR, and no nonlinear distortion is generated. Also, a desired extent of amplification can be obtained without consuming an unnecessary electric power.
