Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the tuning circuit from exceeding the lock in range for a prescribed channel, by suppressing the automatic frequency tuning voltage at the no- signal time. CONSTITUTION:Frequency discriminator 13 outputs the automatic frequency tuning voltage (AFT voltage) from terminals 13a and 13b differentially. The correcting means consisting of diode D and Zener diode Z is provided between terminals 13a and 13b. AFT output SA' is clipped only in the positive direction with a prescribed level by this correcting means. Consequently, since the AFT voltage at the no-signal is suppressed within a prescribed voltage, the AFT voltage is set within the lock in range even if the receiving signal is restored after temporary break, and thus, stable receiving is continued.
