Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to form uniformly brazed joint by changing the heat receiving conditions by installing a heat isolating body having a prescribed oize at a prescribed location between the material to be brazed and heat source. CONSTITUTION:When material to be brazed 8 passes through the center of furnace by conveyor 1, the heat receiving conditins from heat source 5 become similar to those from pulse heating between heat isolating bodies 6, and, as the temperature of material to be brazed is raised, the temperature gradient which occurs at the material to be brazed becomes smaller. Therefore, by changing the heat receiving conditions of the material to be brazed in the furnace, uniformly brazed joint can be obtained quickly. Moreover, it is desirable to change the heat receiving conditions by moving or rotating either one of, or both of the heat isolating body and the material to be brazed against the heat source.
