Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to equalize clamping pressure of a diaphragm and replace it easily and swiftly, by placing a diaphragm between one flange of the impulse wave, and a pressure pipe, pressing the pressure pipe against the flange by oil pressure, and holding the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 3 is placed between a flange 2 of the impulse wave pipe B, and a pressure pipe 8. A box nut 7 having a female screw 71 which lacks four screw threads in the circumferential direction is inserted through the flange 2 and four lacking parts of the screw 11 of the flange 1 of the pipe A, and the flange 1 and 2 are clamped by rotating said nut by 1/4. When oil pressure is put in the cylinder 9, the piston 10 is pressed down to the left, and the pressure ring 8 presses the diaphragm 3 against the flange 2 to the right. The oil pressure cylinder 9 is placed by the number corresponding to the inside diameter of the inpulse wave pipes A, B. In this way, it is possible to equalize clamping pressure of the diaphragm 3 and also replace it easily and swiftly.
