CONSTITUTION: One side end of a lateral cylinder 1 is closed by a vertical wall 6, and a inlet port 3 is opened on the upper surface 7 of the lateral cylinder 1, A vertical cylinder 11 is connected and communicated to and with the other side end 9 of the lateral cylinder 1, and the upper part of the vertical cylinder 11 is used as the deaeration chamber to which an air extraction tube 13 is fitted. An outlet port 4 is provided on a side wall opposite to the lateral cylinder 1 at the lower part of the vertical cylinder 11. A water flow from an inlet port 3 becomes a vortex flow within the lateral cylinder 1 and increases the deaeration and silencing effects.
