Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform data processing efficiently by a main controller by allotting the data processing to processing controllers and by making them perform transfer processing. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with main controller 100 which has master CPU110 and main memory device 120, and processing controllers 200 and 300 which have slave CPUs 210 and 310 and memory devices 220 and 320 respectively. For every kind of data, either one of devices 200 and 300 performs data processing to form an instruction code which includes the allotment partitions of devices 200 and 300 performing the data processing and the contents of the data processing. Every time data to be processed is generated, an instruction code is edited according to the kind of the data and then stored in a specific memory region of device 120. Then, if the start instruction is sent from CPU110 to CPUs 210 and 310, CPUs 210 and 310 fetch the instruction code from CPU110 and transfer data between the memory devices of controllers 200 and 300 and device 120.
