Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce films with lesser scattering in thickness with the extruded amount of resins stabilized, by maintaning number of gear pump at an identical temperature and maintaining the pulsed phase shift angle of the melted resins pressure by the cogs of each gear pump at 360 deg./n. CONSTITUTION:Melted resins are extruded from an extruding machine 1 and led into a metallic block 3 through a lead tube 2. A fixed amount of resins in the (n) number of gear pumps 4, 4' maintained at the same temperature are re-mergered by driving means 5, 5' and poured to a lead pipe 6. At the time the gear pumps are driven so that the pulsed phase shift angle of the metled resins pressure caused by the cogs of each gear pump may be 360 deg./n. The cogs cause pulses to the melted resin presure on pouring, but because these are driven at a specific phase shift, overlapping of pulses can be prevented, resulting in prevention of scattering in thickness. And because each gear pump is maintained at the same temperature, scattering in thickness to be caused by viscoity difference can also be prevented.
