Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the taking-out operation of the injection molded products having undercut parts, by making use of a core made of alloy with lower melting point. CONSTITUTION:A core is made of an alloy of bismuth and tin with a melting point at 136 C. This core is mounted to a stationary metal mold by the fittings 4. After the stationary metal mold 1 and a movable metal mold 2 are fixed, the molten propylene resins are injected, through a spool 5 and a runner 6, to obtain a injection molded bottle. Then after the molds 1, 2 are opened, the molded product 7 is taken out along with the core 3 by means of a knockout pin 9. With heating applied thereto, the alloy with lower melting point in the shaped product 7 is melted and removed.
