Abstract

PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain the iron-coreless motor having preferable characteristics by securing a magnet onto the inner periphery of a yoke, fixing an internal iron core thereto to confront it and disposing a coil of a rotor in the space therebetweem. CONSTITUTION:The yoke 11 is so formed as to be securely engaged within a housing 1, as to also make the outer periphery of a ferrite magnet 16 close contact within the housing 1, and is so fixed as to be securely engaged within the housing 1. A cylindrical internal iron core 17 made of magnetic material is fixedly welded at the portion A to the housing 1. Accordingly, the shaft 6 of a rotor 5 is penetrated through the inside of the core 17 in the state supported by bearing metals 4, 4'. Coils 8 are disposed at minute air gaps in the space between the outer periphery of the core 17 and the inner periphery of the magnet 16. In this man ner, it can obtain inexpensively an iron-coreless motor having preferable characteristics.
