CONSTITUTION:A diode bridge DB1 is connected to a telephone circuit, and the pushphone PB and the speakerphone SP are connected in parallel to the opposite side to the bridge DB1. Then the switch SW of the dial oscillator OSC of the PB is pushed in the active mode of the SP. Thus the oscillation output of the OSC is introduced to the SP, and a sound of confirmation can be heard during an originating. At the same time, the PB is hooked off according to the using state of the SP, and thus the relay L operates with the relay A made inactive. Thus the talking circuit switched automatically from the SP to the PB.
