Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a water-in-oil type emulsifier composition which has high shelf life, affinity and agreeable use which is obtained by being constituted of aliphatic monoester of trivalent alcohol, a specific polyhydric alcohol, polyglycerine, and disaccharide alcohol as well as specific water-soluble high polymer materials. CONSTITUTION:This is the water-in-oil type emusifier composition consisting of 1pt.wt. aliphatic fatty acid monoester of a trivalent alcohol, such as glycerine monoisostearate which exhibits a liquid state or a paste state close to liquid at ordinary temp., 2-10pts.wt. a polyhydric alcohol, such as pentaerythitol, having 4 or more hydroxyl groups in its molecule, as well as polyglycerine such as diglycerine and disaccharide alcohol such as maltitol, and 2-50pts.wt. a water soluble high polymer selected from hydroxy ethyl cellulose, propylene glycol ester of alginic acid, arge- colloid, and tragacanth gum.
