Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the integration operation much closer to ideal to be obtained by equivalently decreasing or negating the loss component of an integrating capacitor by positive feedback. CONSTITUTION:In an integrated circuit 2 a resistance Ri is connected to its input terminal which is of antiphase with respect to the output terminal of an amplifier 1, and an integrating capacitor C is connected to said input terminal and the output terminal. A resistance Rb for positive feedback is connected between the output terminal and the input terminal of the in-phase and said input terminal is grounded with the resistance Ra. Optimum feedback amount is determined by the loss component of the capacitor C and the magnitude of the resistance Ri. When the loss component of the capacitor C is small, the feedback amount is increased and when the loss of the capacitor C is small, the positive needback amount is decreased. If, with this circuit configuration, RiRb=RaR (R is the loss component of the capacitor C) is satisfied, the circuit 2 makes the integrating operation close to ideal, but even if this condition is not perfectly satisfied, the loss component of the capacitor C is decreased or negated by positive feedback.
