CONSTITUTION:Projectors 8a, 8b which project a pair of detecting rays 3a, 3b symmetrically on the right and left from the center X-X' of a torque 1a are pivotally fitted by means of a pin 11 to a bracket 10 fixed to a lifting means mast 4 in a manner as to position perpendicular to the opening-closing operation directions of the tongue 1a, and a screw rod 19 driven by a forward-backward revolvable geared motor 17 is incorporated thereto.
