Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture titled steel sheet excellent in workability, by passing cold rolled steel sheet or hoop contg. a specific quantity of Mn through a Sendzimir molten aluminum plating apparatus under suitable aluminum plating conditions. CONSTITUTION:Steel consisting of 0.02-0.15% C, 2.0-3.0% Mn, <=1.0% Si, 0.01-0.10% Al, the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, is hot rolled and pickled usually, then it is cold rolled. Said cold rolled steel sheet or hoop is heated at >=AC1 transformation temp. and <=AC3 transformation temp., and it is then plated with molten Al by passing it through a Sendzimir molten Al plating apparatus.
