Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the tube voltage under optimal condition considering the halt time, by storing the previous setting voltage as a voltage corresponding with the halt time and performing the aging while increasing said stored voltage gradually to the setting voltage. CONSTITUTION:Previous setting voltage is stored as the voltage corresponding with the halt time of X-ray tube into a memory circuit including capacitors C1, C2 then said voltage is compared with the setting voltage selected by a tube voltage setter V by means of a comparator circuit comprising transistors Q1, Q2, and when the setting voltage is higher than the stored voltage the sotred voltage is increased gradually to the setting voltage. Then, its output is used to increase the referential voltage and the feedback voltage corresponding with the tube voltage is differentially amplified by an amplifier D to send the tube voltage control signal to a X-ray drive circuit. Consequently the tube voltage can be increased under optimal condition considering the halt time, thereby the in-tube discharge is prevented while the voltage is continuously increased to improve the accuracy.
