Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the simple and accurate measurement for the gas dissolved into the liquid by stopping or enclosing for a fixed time the gas flow at the transmission and diffusion part of the dissolved gas measuring device and then introducing the transmission and diffusion component to the analysis part.
CONSTITUTION: The gas carrier is led to transmission and diffusion part 1 of measuring part 1 from flow amount control valve 11 via guide tube 3 and through gas flow switching valve 4. When the sufficient substitution is given inside part 2 with the gas carrier, the flow path of valve 4 is switched to the state shown by the dotted lines for closure. And this closure state is held for a fixed time to stop the gas flow. After this, the flow path of valve 4 is returned to the state shown by the solid lines for opening. Thus the dissolved gas which transmitted and diffused into part 2 during the stop time is extracted in the form of the pulse and then introduced to analysis part 10 for measurement of the dissolved gas. At the same time, many transmission and diffusion parts 2, 2', 2" and 2''' are provided within measuring part 1 to be connected in series to each other. Such device can also be used for measurement of the dissolved gas.
