NEW MATERIAL:Pyrimidine-nucleoside-3'-polyphosphate (salt).
EXAMPLE: Cytidine-3'-diphosphate (salt).
USE: Anti-tumor agent, especially effective to suppress the growth of leukemic cells.
PROCESS: The objective compound can be prepared, e.g. by converting pyrimidine- nucleoside-3'-monophosphate to a reactive derivative such as amidate, morpholidate, etc. by conventional process, and phosphatizing the derivative.
