Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve uniformalization and uneven thickness precision of an inflation film, by locating melted liquid agitation components before an extruding lip of a mold in a plastic melted liquid flow passage and before a plastic melted liquid distribution system or before either one of them. CONSTITUTION:Plastic resin melted and kneaded by an extruder is fed to a toroidal die via a coupling pipe 1 after passing through a filter, breaker plate. A melted liquid agitating component 3 is located before a distributing part 5 of the toroidal die 2, an agitating component 4 being also situated before an extruding lip 6. An uneven plastic melted liquid current is divided and united together repeatedly so that it can pass through first the primary melted liquid agitation component 3. Be- sides, since an agitating substance having infinite number of small gaps like a metal mesh filter has, a mean velocity of the liquid at an outlet is equalized at both a center and a wall part of a pipe. Furthermore, the secondary melted liquid agitating component 4 can finally remove the unevenness occurring at a toroidal distribution part positioned before the extruding lip 6.
