Abstract
PURPOSE: To establish the eddy current type displacement meter without being subjected to the effect of external noise, by connecting the conversion of the displacement meter consisting of crystal oscillator and constant voltage error detection amplifier to the detection coil with the three equal length coaxial cables.
CONSTITUTION: The coil L of the T-type circuit is the detection coil for the displacement meter, and the capacitor C1 is the resonance capacitor. If the measured object is not near the detection coil L, the frequency is almost turned to the oscillation frequency of the crystal oscillator 1. When the measured metal approaches the detection coil L, the inductance of the detection coil L is changed and the parallel resornance impedance of the resonant circuits C1, L is changed, In this case, the coaxial cables W1, W2, W3 are not the resonance element and the signal attenuation only is obtained, then the detection coil A and the conversion B can be detached from the coaxial cable. Accordingly, no power supply is required for a hazardous place and the effect of external noise can be avoided.
