Abstract
PURPOSE:To flaten output sound pressure frequency characteristics by providing an arc-shaped non-polarization part on a ring-shaped surface encircled with two knot rings of secondary resonance of a piezoelectric bimorph element. CONSTITUTION:With one surface of piezoelectric bimorph element 5, the center part of diaphragm 6 in a cone shape is coupled and the circumferential part of diaphragm 6 is combined with that of frame 7 formed of synthetic resin and metal. On ring-shaped surface 10 encircled with two knot rings 8 and 9 of the secondary resonance of piezoelectric bimorph element 5, several arc-shaped non-polarization parts 11 are formed at the same circumference. Then, driving force can be lowered by providing those non-polarization parts 11 to reduce the driving force of the entire secondary resonance, so that an output sound pressure level in the secondary resonance can be controlled. Further, a flat output sound pressure frequency can be obtained on the whole.
