Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a method for reducing the cooking time by installing a heater in the casing and arranging the heat radiation reflector between the heater and the casing as well as by installing the heat radiation reflector of high efficiency with a thermal insulator in-between.
CONSTITUTION: The thermal insulator 17 is installed inside the casing 12, and inside the thermal insulator 17 is arranged the reflector 18 made of the aluminium foil having high thermal reflection efficiency. Thus, a part of the heat radiation from the heaters 15, 16 is reached directly to the food to be cooked 20. Almost all of the remaining energy is reached at the reflector 18, heating the reflector 18, reflecting and emitting immediately, whereby it becomes mostly the radiation energy being concentrated on the food to be cooked. The energy heating the reflector 18 with the thermal insulator does not proceed toward the casing 12, whereby the energy arrival at the direction of the food to be cooked and the temperature rising of the casing 12 is little and safety is assured.
