Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic equalizer which can facilitate and easier formation of the IC. CONSTITUTION:Transversal filter 10 can control the tap coefficient with the DC voltage and is constituted by installing plural units of weighting circuits of MOSFET on the transfer line of the CCD register. Part of the output of filter 10 is supplied to error signal processor 29, and the output of processor 29 converts the signal voltage into the signal current through voltage-current converter 12. Converter 12 can be formed with the current source of the voltage control, and thus the current volume is controlled by the output voltage value of processor 29 for transistor 17 of differential amplifier 19 consisting of transistors 17 and 18 to then control the current of transistor 18. As a result, the current cource proportional to the input voltage value is obtained when viewed from output terminal 20. Then constant current sources 21 and 22 are connected to the emitter of amplifier 19, and current mirror 23 is connected to the load. On the other hand, the sampling pulse is teansmitted in correspondence to the input data by distributor 13 for the switch control of analog switch group 14.
