CONSTITUTION:By a frame 21, with an axial line, making an angle of 45 deg with respect to the center axial line of a work main spindle 8, being the center, is axially supported a housing 22 rotary indexing-operably, and to this housing 22, with an axial line, making an angle of 45 deg with respect to a rotary center axial line of the housing 22, being the center, is axially supported a tool main shaft 36 rotatably. In addition, in the above described main shaft 36 is provided a first tool accepting opening 36A for receiving a rotary cutting tool 38, simultaneously in the above described housing 22, in the direction of an axial line, making an angle of 45 deg with respect to the rotary center axial line of the housing 22 further making an angle of 90 deg with respect to the rotary center axial line of the tool main shaft 36, is provided a second tool accepting opening 55A for receiving a fixed cutting tool 54.
