CONSTITUTION: At least thermal stabilizing process of panel and shadow mask, baking process which is performed after forming fluorescent layer on the inner face of panel and applying metal back, and process for sealing the panel and the funnel through solder glass are performed in demoisturized neutral environment such as demoisturized air or demoisturized nitrogen. Consequently Fe2O3 (α-type) isn't produced and the blackened film doesn't peel.
