Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate separation of admixtures contained in the hydraulic fluid with sure and store them by forming concaved groove for filter on the inner wall of the outside chamber partitioned and formed at the cavity within the motor cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A ring form concaved groove 46 for filter having a plurality of radial shaped fins 47 is provided on the inner wall of the outside chamber 37b which is partitioned and formed together with a inner side chamber 37a by the distribution ring 25 being eccentrically supported at the inner edge of the stator shaft 35 in the cavity 37 at the 4th part 8d of the motor cylinder 8. Under this constitution, while the hydraulic fluid is supplied to the hydraulic motor M from the hydraulic pump P, revolution movement is forcibly given to the hydraulic fluid passing thru the outer side chamber 37b by the fin 47, which is a unitary component of the motor cylinder 8, and the foreign matters of heavier specific gravity such as metal chips contained in the revolving fluid are separated by the centrifugal force caused by the revolution and are stored in the concaved groove 46 for filter. Accordingly, increase of sliding friction and the damages to be inflicted on the sliding surfaces caused by the foreign matters contained in the hydraulic fluid are prevented and the improvement in transmission efficiency is available.
