Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce NOx, by effectively supplying circulating exhaust gas to a part which is supposed to become a high temperature zone at a flame center as a result of sucking exhaust gas from a burner center part of a self-exhaust gas recycling burner whose functioning is performed due to a venturi effect.
CONSTITUTION: When fuel and a spary medium are fed into a burner atomizer 1, the fuel is sprayed from a nozzle 9 in such a manner as allows an outer line B to form a constant angle θ4 against an axial line of the burner atomizer. In the meantime, burning air 11 passes through an inlet 10 from a window box 5 and is fed, being gradually throttled at an angle of θ1 to θ2 as it runs toward a fire furnace 6, and exhaust circulating gas 7 is sucked at a venturi paralel part 8 from the fire furnace 6 through a duct 12. The circulating exhaust gas 7, which is not enoughly mixed with the burning air 11, is fed to the nozzle 9 after running through a burner center part. As a result a great many amount of the exhaust gas is supplied to a high temperature burning zone 15, and thus, NOx can be effectively reduced.
