Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the engine cooling capacity and heating capacity, and to prevent the water leak by integrally constructing a valve for the water flow control, a bypass and a bypass valve, and installing the same in a tank of a radiator. CONSTITUTION:A hot water tank 1 is attatched onto one side of a heating radiator 25. A valve housing 1a, a hot water inlet pipe 1b and an outlet pipe 1c which are assembled integrally are mounted on the tank. A plate-like valve 4 is disposed in the valve housing 1a in such a manner that it is rotated by a lever 6. A plurality of flow control holes of different size are formed through the valve 4. A bypass line 21 is formed by an inlet hole 4f, a groove 4e and a plate-like bypass valve 22. When the plate valve 4 is rotated for the heating, the hole 4b allows the inlet pipe 1b to be communicated with a valve aperture 2a, and to increase the hot water flow into a tube 12. By this way, the maximum heating function is fully performed.
