Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the repairing period of an arranged pipe by a method wherein, in a repairing technical method of a buried arranged pipe for waterworks, an inner wall surface of a pipe is descaled by an abrasive material carried in an air stream temp. thereof is raised by adiabatic compression or subjected to the foundationing painting by fine paint particles carried in said air stream.
CONSTITUTION: If the air temp. thereof is raised by adiabatic compression due to an air compressor 1 is supplied under pressure into a pipe W and, after the said pipe is dried, water is supplied to a scrubber 8 to raise the pressure of a tank 13, abrasive material is induced from a nozzle 18 by air injected from an air nozzle 17 in an ejector 16 and injected to a pipe W by a nozzle 19 to descale an inner surface of a pipe. Moreover, in place of an ejector 16, an injecting pipe of an ejector 16 for foundationing painting is inserted into a bent pipe 3 and a paint is injected into a pipe W in a fine particle form to carry out the foundationing painting and, subsequently, the lining painting is carried out by a conventional method.
