Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish the electroacoustic converter having simple construction with less number of components, with the constitution damping the resonance of disphragm film with the thin plate and oscillation film. CONSTITUTION:Holes 12 are formed on the curved thin plate 11, and the vibration film 13 forming the electrode film on the both sides of macromolecular piezoelectric film such as polyvinylidenefluoride film is adhered only at the circumference of the vibrating film 13, at the back of the thin plate 11. Further, the diaphragm film 13 is curved along the curvature of the thin film 11, the gap at the center is taken as specified value and contained in the case 4, and the resonance of the diaphragm film 13 is damped with the acoustic resistance of air gap between the thin plate 11 and the diaphragm film 13. At the process of this maunfacture, at the back of the thin plate 11, only the circumference of the diaphragm film 13 given a tension toward the arrow is bonded.
