Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the capacity of compressor without suppressing relatively the flow of liquid and gas by permitting gas and liquid to be injected independently from first and second ports opened and closed as a rotor provided in a cylinder is rotated.
CONSTITUTION: Gas refrigerant passing through a gas-liquid separator 10 and then a gas injection pipe 13 under low pressure is injected through an opened first port 6 to the inside of a cylinder 2. Also, liquid refrigerant is injected through a liquid injection pipe 14 under high pressure and opened second port 7 to the inside of the cylinder 2. Namely the first port 6 and second port 7 are opened and closed as a rotor 3 is rotated while not communicating to each other, so that the flow of liquid does not suppress that of gas and both flow can be matched with each other. Hence the capacity of compressor can be improved and varied.
