Abstract

PURPOSE: To utilize two kinds of liquid chemicals of short gelation time and provide applicability to spring-water ground and weak ground by a method wherein two kinds of the liquid chemicals to be injected into the ground are mixed with each other in a bottom of a bore hole immediately before forced into the ground.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid-chemical injector consists of a liquid-chemical injection double rod 12, a boring machine 13, a flow meter 14, a pump 15, a water glass suspension tank 16, and a cement milk mixer 17. The suspension is fed into an outer passage 3 and the cement milk is fed into an inner passage 2 of the double rod 12 respectively, the two liquids are mixed with each other in a mixing chamber 4, the mixture is discharged from a nozzle by the pump pressure, forced into the ground through a discharge port 18, and allowed to gel in situ.
