Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the adjustment for the ratio of the two fluids flowing amount in a simple way and with no delay of relay, by sequring the automatic open/close of the valve with shift of the diaphragm according to the fluctuation of the fluid pressure and thus giving adjustment so that the pressure may be equal to each other between the two fluids flowing to the right and left rooms.
CONSTITUTION: Two types of fluids are taken into left and right rooms 3 and 4 through flowing inlets 9 and 10, and then introduced to central rooms 2 and 2' through the area between flowing amount adjusting valves 6/6' and valve seats 7/7' to be flowed out through flowing outlets 13 and 14. The diaphragm provided between rooms 2 and 2' shifts right and left due to the difference of the pressure fluctuation based on the flow amount difference between the two types of fluids. Accordingly, the flowing amount adjusting valve interlocking diaphragm 5 shifts to close the valve having a large amount of flow and open the valve of a small amount of flow each. As a esult, the ratio of the flowing amount is made constant between the two fluids. And the ratio of the flowing amount is decided by the ratio of cross-sectional areas 11 and 12 at outlets 13 and 14.
