Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of terminals of an integrated circuit, and also to prevent the gain of an amplifier at a low frequency from decreasing by using one terminal both for the removal of voltage variation and for the determination of the gain. CONSTITUTION:In the low-frequency power amplifier equipped with the semiconductor integrated circut with signal input terminal 1, inversion input terminal 2, output terminal 5, power termanal 4, and earth terminal 6, and the circuit device for both line-voltage variation removal and gain determination, the collector of transistor 25 in the line-voltage-variation removal circuit device is connected power terminal 4 via resistance 24, and inversion input terminal 2 is grounded via resistance 16 and capacitor 17 connected in series and then connected to output terminal 5 via resistance 14 and capacitor 15 connected in series. Then, inversion input terminal 2 is used both for the removal of variation in line voltage and for the determination of the gain and the variation in output voltage against line-voltage fluctuation is lessened to obtain stable operation; and the voltage gain is determined by the ratio between resistances R14 and R16 connected externally to have no relation to the component parameter of the amplifier.
