Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a valve on one side from interfering the valve function on the other side by providing one pressure control valve with the function of pressure eompensating valve and safety valve.
CONSTITUTION: When a spool 30 of a flow direction control valve 22 stands at the neutral position, as a chamber 39 is conducted to a reservoir 29, discharge gain from a pump 21 becomes almost zero. When a motor 23 is set into motion with moving said spool 30, load pressure of the motor 23 is led into a chamber 39, a first pressure control part 51 is regulated its opening degrees by confronting the difference between the discharge pressure and load pressure with the effort of constant pressure difference controlling spring 46, and pressure compensating flow gain control is done by controlling the pump discharge gain. When the pump discharge pressure overpasses a settled value, a stopped element 56 of an opposed pin 53 is brought into contact with a stopper 57, a maximum pressure controlling spring 45 is contracted, and a main valve 40 moves to the right. Thus, the pump discharge pressure prevent to rise more than a settled pressure, to perform the maximum pressure control.
