Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the transportation of rotary electric machine, by inserting a rotor rest in between a rotor and a stator and applying the weight of the rotor to a stator core and integrating the stator with the rotor.
CONSTITUTION: The rotor rest 6, an underlay plate 7, a core protective paper 8, etc. are inserted in between the rotor 5 and the stator core 9 of the rotary electric machine wherein a bearing stand and the stator are not originally integrated with each other, The weight of the rotor 5 is applied to the stator core 9. Rotor fan rings 4 are directly coupled to stator shelf plates 2 by thrust carrying plates 3. Thereby, the stator 1 and the rotor 5 are integrated with each other for transportation. Thus, the transportation is facilitated and the assembling at the place for use is simplified.
