Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a frequency stability good by selecting properly the thickness of the low-permittivity and low-hygroseopic dielectric layer, which surrounds the circumference of a high-permittivity dielectric, and preventing almost the resonance frequency from being influenced by peripheral conditions such as temperatures and humidity. CONSTITUTION:High-permittivity dielectric 14 is provided on substrate 12, and low-permittivity and low-hygroscopic dielectric layer 15 is formed surrounding dielectric 14. Here, by selecting dimensions of dielectric layer 15 properly for dielectric 14, the resonance frequency can be almost prevented from being influenced by peripheral conditions such as temperatures and humidity, so that the frequency stability can be made good.
