Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the delay of opening in opening a valve and decrease the excess-compression in a cylinder and improve efficiency by arranging an air hole which communicates to a discharge chamber and a cylinder chamber, on the valve seat plate of a compressor, and reducing the adhesive force of oil in opening the valve.
CONSTITUTION: On the valve seat plate 7 of a compressor, a valve arm under chamber 21 is arranged on the discharge valve 4 side, and an air hole 20 is formed which communicates to a discharge chamber 11 and a cylinder chamber 10. The air hole 20 is closed by the discharge valve 4 when the pressure in the cylinder chamber 10 is smaller than that in the discharge chamber 11, but in the discharge process in which the pressure in the cylinder chamber 10 becomes higher than the pressure in the discharge chamber 11, a portion of the gas in the cylinder 10 is discharged into the discharge chamber 11 through the communication hole 20 and the valve arm under chamber 21. Thus, the oil at the close contact part is splashed by air current and lessened, and the adhesive force of oil can be decreased sharply, so the delay of opening is pevented in opening the valve.
