Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the level discrimination between two input voltages with a simply-constituted circuit by detecting the absolute value of a difference between two input voltages and setting the threshold level of its center value.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st input voltage V1 applied to input terminal 1 is connected to one terminal of the 1st constant-current source 5 via transistor Q1 constituting the 1st current detector, and the 2nd input voltage V2 applied to input terminal 2 is connected to one terminal of the 2nd constant-current source 6 via TrQ2 constituting the 2nd current detector. Then, resistance R is connected between respective terminals of the 1st and 2nd constant current sources 5 and 6. In addition, output of Trs Q1 and Q2 are outputted via Trs Q3 and Q4 forming an emitter follower. In this constitution, the absolute value of the difference between two input voltages V1 and V2 is detected and threshold value I of its center value is set, thereby making the level discrimination between input voltages V1 and V2
