Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of a photoelectric transducer which provides electromotive force when radiated with light while being immersed into electrolyte by providing an N type TiO2 layer an energy gap larger than that of a semiconductor on the photo detecting surface of a solar battery composed of the semiconductor by way of a NESA glass and coupling and integrating these to one unit.
