Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve better heat-conduction and better heat-dissipation, by eliminating the clearance between the lower part of the winding-core and the flange.
CONSTITUTION: After a parting agent, such as silicon or teflon, is applied on the flange 1 and subjected to treatment, molding process is carried out enclosing the projected ends of coil 4 with insulating resin 5, said ends projecting in both inner and outer peripheral sides of th winding-core. Thus, upon hardening and contraction of resin 5, film-like layer 10 of the parting agent such as silicon is formed, and the surface of flange 1 and the insulating resin 5 are molded in spaced relation, with the film-like layer 10 being interposed therebetween. Accordingly, insulating resin 5 and flange 1 are not directly bonded together, so that undesirable influence of ununiform temperature distribution due to exfoliation of bonded surface caused by secular change etc. of resin 5 is improved, and heat-dissipation caused by heat- conduction to the flange is also improved because no clearance is formed between the winding-core and the flange
