CONSTITUTION:A digitally-coded input is divided into two, which are transmitted to signal detection part 3 and k-parameter extraction part 4; and then, detection part 3 exercise the supervision over the amplitude of the input signal in order to discriminate that when the sum of the amplitude of data for, for instance, four milliseconds exceeds a fixed value, an input signal exists, thereby transmitting the signal to control part 1. Receiving this, control part 1 alternates switch 6 from contact (a) to (b) so that extraction part 4 will extract coefficients following the secondary (k1), and correlator 14 extracts the k-parameter from the correlation between backward and forward forecasted residual waves and outputs 21 it via control part 1. Consequently, the efficient reception with a little malfunction can be made.
