Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent deformation and cracking by adhering a magnetic sheet material to the periphery of a dummy core support by means of an adhesive.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic sheet material 2 in the form of a band or strip is adhered to the circumference of a ring 1 by means of an adhesive 3 so as to produce a structure 4. By cutting this structure 4, a pair of core halves 4A and 4B of semicircular ring shapes, in which the sheet material 2 is assembled with the non-magnetic ring 1. Here, a space is formed by the curved portion of the ring 1 as well as the gap forming planes G1 and G2. The space thus formed is used as a wiring groove 5.
