Abstract
PURPOSE: To remove efficiently the divalent heavy metal ions using a small amount of Fe2+, by performing the addition of ferrous salt more than two times, when the treatment of ferrite making for the waste water containing the divalent heavy metal ions such as Zn2+, Cd2+, etc. is carried out.
CONSTITUTION: After a ferrous salt such as FeSO4, etc. has been added to the waste water containing the divalent heavy metal oins such as Zn2+, Cd2+, Mn2+, Cr2+, etc., pH of the waste water is regulated to 10W12 by adding NaOH.
