Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an attachment which can prevent dispersion of shaved hair during the use of the electricrazor while the cutting edge is maintained on the skin at an optimum angle allowing even inexperienced person to use the razor successfully.
CONSTITUTION: A U-bent mount section 8a is fitted removably outside the body 1 of the electric razor. A sheet-shaped guide section 8b is formed solidly with one side of the section 8a extending parallel with a cutting edge 7 while leaving a gap therewith in such a manner to project slightly ahead the tip of the edge 7. When the attachment thus obtained is installed to the body 1, the tip C of the guide section 8b projects ahead the cutting edge 7, and the skin is pressed on the line D joining the tip C and the tip of the cutting edge 7 naturally. Thus, even inexperienced person can use the razor successfully. The hair cut can be stored in the gap between the cutting edge 7 and the guide section 8b checking the dispersion thereof.
