Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the generation of interference voltage by uniting a yoke to couple both the disk-shaped rotary yoke and the cam-shaped rotary magnetic pole each other in one body.
CONSTITUTION: A disk-shaped transparent hole is mounted at the center of the substrate 31 jointly used as a yoke and the axis of rotation 35 on which the yoke 34 to magnetically connect the disk-shaped rotary yoke 32 and the cam-shaped rotary magnetic pole 33 each other is formed so as to penetrate into this hole.
