Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce NOx in the combustion exhaust gas by feeding the vaporized water together with the compressed air to the gas combustion zone and the solid combustion zone. CONSTITUTION:In this method, the multi number of spray units are arranged so that they point to the solid combustion zone B and the gas combustion zone C in the incinerator to inject the vapor or the mist of water from, for example, the side wall of the incinerator with the compressed air from the air compressor 9 as medium. The solid combustion zone B and the gas combustion zone C are agitated by the injection of the water to prevent partial overheating, and the overheating of the whole body is controlled by the heat absorption by the water and the evaporation latent heat. As the result, the carbon particle effect of the solid combustion zone B and the high temperature effect of the gas combustion zone C are controlled at the same time, and the generation of Nox can be controlled as much as possible.
