Description of the Related Art Conventionally, ions in a pure water producing apparatus (hereinafter simply referred to as "apparatus") for producing a relatively small amount of pure water using an ion exchange resin (hereinafter simply referred to as "resin"). In many cases, the exchange resin tower fills a granular resin as it is in a cylindrical tank formed by winding a synthetic resin sheet such as FRP or the like, and obtains pure water by passing city water or the like into the tank.

It is necessary to remove the tank head 2 and then turn the tank upside down to discharge the resin together with the water. However, it is extremely troublesome to perform this manually, and there is a drawback that it requires power.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3C, it is necessary to fill the resin while degassing and depressurizing from the degassing port 12 using a special tank head provided with a resin injection port 10 opened upward. It was annoying and time-consuming work. For these, it is naturally easy to remove the resin by using a pump. Therefore, after draining water for replacement, the resin spreads on the inner wall of the tank. The drawback is that it is not easy to take it out, and there are many users who are dissatisfied with it.

This is largely due to the fact that manufacturing equipment manufacturers have imported this and installed it as it is to domestic users, but nevertheless, domestic users can use it without questioning the above disadvantages. That is the current situation. It is an object of the present invention to improve the conventional ion exchange resin tower having such a drawback and to provide an ion exchange resin tower capable of easily performing resin exchange.

The upper opening area is almost equal to or slightly larger than the body, and the resin to fill the tank is made of a material that allows water to pass through but does not allow the resin to pass through. The resin can be easily taken out of the tank together with the bag or the container by storing it in a bag made of synthetic resin fibers fastened by a string or the like or a resin-molded container provided with a strainer insertion opening in the lid.

The upper opening surface 13, the body portion 14, and the bottom surface 15 of the tank made of P resin or the like are cylinders having the same dimensions. Numeral 2 is a tank head which covers the opening surface of the upper part of the tank, and a water inlet 3 is opened on one side thereof, and a water outlet 4 is opened on a side opposite to this, and the water inlet 3 is used for water diffusion. The outlet 4 is connected to a strainer 7 for filtering dust. Reference numeral 5 denotes a mesh-woven bag made of fiber such as nylon, polypropylene, or cotton, which allows water to pass through but does not allow resin to pass through, and stores an ion exchange resin 6 therein. Note that the tip of the strainer 7 is inserted into the bag 5, and the opening 11 of the bag 5 is fastened together with the strainer 7 with a string or the like so as to be easily opened and closed.

After the fine dust is filtered through the strainer 7 and the like, the fine dust is discharged to the outside as pure water or soft water from the water outlet 4.

After entering the rear bag 5 and being purified, it is taken out from the tank bottom in a vertical or horizontal direction.

In order to prevent a ring and ensure that the raw water flows into the bag, the distributor 8 is simultaneously wrapped around the opening 11 of the bag and fastened with a string or the like.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3B, a number of small holes 17 through which the resin does not pass are provided on the peripheral wall, and a strainer is provided on the lid. A resin-formed cylindrical container 5 ′ having a strainer insertion port 16 into which the nozzle 7 can be inserted without any gap may be used.

It is almost the same as or slightly wider, and the ion exchange resin is stored in a bag or container made of a material that allows water to pass but does not allow the resin to pass, and the upper part of the bag or container can be easily opened and closed. Therefore, when the resin is replaced, the resin can be taken out of the tank together with the bag, and there is no need to turn the tank upside down, making the operation extremely easy, and therefore the resin sticks to the inner wall like a conventional tank. Therefore, there is no trouble to remove it.
