SOLUTION: An explosion-proof container 13 has an explosion structure, in which an opening is provided in one face of the container 13 and a glass sheet 1 is fixed in the opening. The container 13 has a holder 14 provided in the opening and a space formed along the sides of the glass sheet 1 and filled with a fixing material 16. The holder 14 and a glass holder 12 are fixed via a joint sheet packing 9. Thus, it is unnecessary to provide a planar joint for jointing the glass sheet and the packing which has a length determined by the explosion-proof structure, the glass sheet can be made small, and the field of view of the transparent window can be made wide.
