Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.試料の光学的特性を測定する分析器において、 それが、試料が測定のために置かれるところのフレームを有していると共に 、検出器(37)と試料から発せられる光を検出器へ方向付ける光学手段とを有 する光学モジュール(15)を有しており、そのモジュールが、光が試料の上方 から検出器に向けられるか又は光が試料の下方から検出器に向けられるかのどち らにもなるよう、二者択一的に位置させられ得ることを特徴とする分析器。 2.光を試料に向ける光源(21)を有している請求項1に記載の分析器。 3.光源(21)が、光学モジュール内にある請求項2に記載の分析器。 4.検出器(37)及び光源(21)が、試料の同じ側にある請求項2又は3に 記載の分析器。 5.試料の蛍光を測定する請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の分析器。 6.試料の限定された領域からの測定されるべき光を検出器へ方向付ける手段( 28)を有している請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の分析器。 7.試料の限定された領域の像を形成する収束レンズ系(28)を有している請 求項6に記載の分析器。 8.試料の限定された領域の像が形成されるところの範囲画定器(32)と、範 囲画定器からの光を検出器へ方向付ける手段(36)とを有している請求項7に 記載の分析器。 9.試料から発せられる光を、検出器の前の位置で濾波するフィルター(35) を有している請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の分析器。 10.分析されつつある対象物によって引き起こされる距離変動を排除する手段( 28,31)を有している請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の分析器。 11.試料が、底部、側壁及び開放口部を有する容器内にある請求項1〜10のい ずれか一項に記載の分析器。 12.試料の光学的特性を測定する分析器において、 それが、試料が測定のために置かれるところのフレームと、検出器(37) 及び試料から発せられる光を検出器へ方向付ける光学手段を有する光学モジュ ール(15)と、試料の限定された空間領域からの測定されるべき光を検出器へ 方向付ける手段(28)とを有していることを特徴とする分析器。 13.試料の光学的特性を測定する分析器において、 それが、試料が測定のために置かれるところのフレームと、検出器(37) 及び試料から発せられる光を検出器へ方向付ける光学手段を有する光学モジュー ル(15)と、分析されつつある対象物によって引き起こされる距離変動を排除 する手段(28,31)とを有していることを特徴とする分析器。
