Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.人体又は動物体の管状生物導管内にある管状物品を捕捉するために前記生物 導管内に導入する捕捉装置であって、 第一の軸線方向空洞(2)をもつ支持さや体(1)と、支持さや体(1)内 に収容されかつ前記第一軸線方向空洞(2)内で摺動可能の押し手段(3)と、 押し手段(3)と支持さや体(1)間で相対変位可能の第一制御手段(4、5) と、可撓性掴み手段(7)とを備え、前記掴み手段は押し手段(3)により支持 されかつそれらが互いに広がって離される位置とそれらが引き寄せられる位置の 間を変位させられ、掴み手段が外方に湾曲した遠位端をもって成る捕捉装置にお いて、 掴み手段が引っ掛け素子(7)を備え、前記引っ掛け素子は支持さや体(1 )の内側で前方に延びるようにかつ支持さや体(1)の外側で互いに径方向に広 がって離れるように押し部材(3)上に周囲に沿って配置されており、前記引っ 掛け素子は各々その遠位端にフック(9)を備え、前記フックは径方向外方に湾 曲し、前記フックは、引っ掛け素子(7)が管状物品の内部に置かれかつ支持さ や体外部の前記位置に持っていかれたとき、管状物品の内面に引っ掛かる位置に 入ることができそして、引っ掛け素子(7)が上記引っ掛かる位置にありかつ前 記支持さや体(1)内部の前記位置に向かって持っていかれるとき、管状物品を 径方向に圧縮しそしてもし適切であれば、それを長手方向に引き伸ばすことを特 徴とする捕捉装置。 2.引っ掛け素子は細い可撓性ワイヤ(7)とし、前記ワイヤは一端で押し部材 (3)の遠位端に固定され、それらが支持さや体(1)内にあるとき支持さや体 (1)によって弾性的に圧縮されること特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.それが少なくとも3個の、有利には少なくとも6個の、好適には少なくとも 8個の引っ掛け素子(7)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装 置。 4.それが追加的に、その中に支持さや体(1)が摺動できるように収容されて いる第二の軸線方向空洞(12)をもつ外側さや体(10)と、外側さや体 (10)と支持さや体(1)間で相対的変位を可能ならしめる第二の制御手段と 、引っ掛け素子(7)によって捕捉される目的物を回収する手段を備え、その手 段は外側さや体(10)の外部の位置と外側さや体(10)の内部の位置間で変 位可能であること特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の装置。 5.回収手段は支持さや体(1)の一端に支持されること特徴とする請求項4に 記載の装置。 6.それが追加的に、その中に支持さや体(1)が摺動できるように収容されて いる第三の軸線方向空洞(13)を有しかつそれ自体が外側さや体(10)内で 摺動できるように外側さや体(10)の前記第二の軸線方向空洞(12)内に収 容されている回収さや体(11)を備え、第二制御手段が外側さや体(10)と 回収さや体(11)間の相対変位のための手段と、回収さや体(11)と支持さ や体(1)間の相対変位のための手段を備え、回収手段が回収さや体(11)の 一端に支持されること特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 7.回収手段が可撓性管(14乃至16)からなり、前記管は外側さや体(10 )の第二軸線方向空洞(12)内で圧縮され、かつ外側さや体の外部で外方に広 がり、人体又は動物体の管状生物導管に向かって開くこと特徴とする請求項4か ら6の何れか1項に記載の装置。 8.回収手段を形成する可撓性管(14)は自己拡張性ステントであり、このス テントは径方向に拡張可能かつ軸線方向に後退可能でありそしてそれは第一の可 撓性の剛性ワイヤと第二の可撓性の剛性ワイヤからなり、前記第一のワイヤは回 収さや体(11)の又は夫々、支持さや体(1)の一端に固定されそしてその長 手方向軸線の回りに第一方向に巻かれ、前記第二のワイヤは回収さや体(11) の又は夫々支持さや体(1)の前記端に固定されそして上記長手方向軸線の回り に第一方向とは逆の第二方向に巻かれ、前記両方向のうちの1方向に巻かれた各 ワイヤは格子配置を与えるために他方向に巻かれたワイヤと交差すること特徴と する請求項7に記載の装置。 9.回収手段を形成する可撓性管(15、16)は可撓性枝(15)から作られ 、前記枝は回収さや体(11)の又は夫々支持さや体(1)の端で軸線方向に延 在しそして該装置の外部で互いに径方向に広がって離れること特徴とする請求 項7に記載の装置。 10.可撓性管(14乃至16)は適切な材料からなる少なくとも部分的な内部及 び/又は外部被覆をもつこと特徴とする請求項7から9の何れか1項に記載の装 置。 11.押し部材(3)は第四の軸線方向空洞を備え、該装置は追加的に、第四の軸 線方向空洞内に収容されかつこの空洞内で摺動可能の摺動ロッド(18)と、摺 動ロッド(18)と押し部材(3)の間で相対変位可能の第三の制御手段と、人 体又は動物体の管状生物導管内への捕捉装置の導入を容易ならしめるために摺動 ロッド(18)によって支持された導入素子(19)を備えたこと特徴とする請 求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の装置。 12.支持さや体(1)は遠位端に、座部を含み、この座部内に導入素子(19) は少なくとも部分的に収容されること特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 13.摺動ロッド(18)は第四の軸線方向空洞をもち、該装置は追加的に、遠位 端に太い部分(21)を任意に備えた案内ワイヤ(20)を備え、前記ワイヤは 、この第四の空洞内で摺動できるようかつ人体又は動物体の管状生物導管内への 導入素子(19)の通過を容易ならしめるように第四の軸線方向空洞内に収容さ れてること特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
